RNB Yoga means Rhythm and Breath Yoga - using a variety of classes for improving health and wellbeing.
Classes
Sound Baths
A meditative practice with singing bowls, chimes, and gongs. Sound bowls are believed to relieve stress, restore emotional balance, and help you sleep better among many other health benefits.
If you find meditation difficult, or are new to the practice, this is a helpful way to turn off your thoughts and slow down your brain waves by immersing yourself in the sounds, vibrations, and frequencies of the Crystal Quartz Alchemy Bowls.
Next sound bath will be on the 14th of July at 4.00pm and 5.30pm at Contemporary Yoga - Remuera.

Or please enquire about a private sound bath at your home or at the studio. I have run a few for birthdays and hen’s dos.
I also offer corporate sound baths for conferences and workshops.
Restorative - Yin Yoga
Restorative Yin with Sound Bath - Rest and Restore Monthly event - Dates to be confirmed for 2024
A gentle meditative class that offers an opportunity to slow the body and quieten the mind. The whole class is floor based postures, which are held for longer periods of time to stimulate and balance the energy in your body. These postures also work on the connective tissues of the body to help increase the circulations in your joints and improve flexibility.
Finish the class with a restorative pose whilst listening to singing bowls to help slow down your thoughts and brain waves by immersing yourself in the sounds, vibrations, and frequencies of the Crystal Quartz Alchemy Bowls.
This class should have you floating out of the studio.
Beginners: Foundations
If you are interested in finding out more about yoga, this course will give you the basic foundations over six weeks. We will practice Asanas (poses) and learn how to breathe through the Asana transitions. Each week will be themed to help build on your knowledge and make you feel confident and at ease whilst having fun!
